I understand that most of us love the taste of artery clogging meat dishes, and it is not doing our body any good. Lucky for you, the genius folks at Next Meats has produced the world’s first plant-based yakiniku meats. The Japanese style meats are made mainly from soy proteins and the best part, it tastes exactly like the ‘unhealthy’ meats we have all grown to love.
Next meats has partnered with Aburi-En, a Japanese grilled meat specialist in Singapore to bring us two sets of delectable Japanese meat dishes. These dishes are made with the use of Next meats, NEXT kalbi variation which is supposed to mimic boneless short rib. What is great about NEXT Kalbi is that it contains double the amount of protein and half the fats than that of regular meat, which I suppose sounds like heaven for all the Gym heads.
Kalbi Don Set
Next Kalbi grilled to perfection, served atop a steaming bowl of Japanese rice served alongside miso soup and pickles.
Stamina Teishoku
Stir-fried Next Kalbi served with cabbage toped with a runny egg imported straight from Okinawa. Served along side a steaming bowl of Japanese rice, salad, pickles and miso soup
The meats in both dishes will be glazed with an umami packed special homemade as well.
