National Bubble Tea Day falls on April 30th, 2021 and on this day, Deliveroo and Three Buns are offering a new boozy bubble tea creation to be paired with one of their plant-based burgers.
This exciting new concoction is called ‘Gift from Nephew’, inspired by overproof run, Wray and Nephew. It is made with evaporated milk, condensed milk, gula melaka, strong tea and not forgetting the signature ingredient in every bubble tea drink, chewy tapioca pearls.

Customer can choose to pair with new creation with one of the two plant-based burger offered by Three Bun, featuring the TiNDLE. Made from plants, The TiNDLE has made its global debut in Singapore recently.
One of their two burgers is the ‘Big Cease’ which consist of a buttermilk fried TiNDLE, butter roasted rice flour buns, topped with shredded parmesan, Reggiano, lettuce, complete with anchovy mayonnaise. This burger is perfect for spice lovers!
Another burger is called ‘From Russia with Love’ which is a TiNDLE Kiew, breadcrumbed and stuffed with roasted garlic, miso, parsley butter, sweet pickled onions, savoury truffle aioli, topped with fresh lettuce, sandwiched between soft, toasted brioche buns – my mouth is salivating!
