Brought to Singapore all the way from Bali, Indonesia, this bakery offers a wholesome menu of posh toast, sandwiches and build your own bread boards.

Their loaves and pastries are made from sourdough or starter and is being fermented up to 36 hours before being baked. Customers can choose from a wide range of pastries. These pastries vary from their Miso Baguette to their scones and more.

One of their menu items is the Avocado Bawang. Sold at $12, this pastry is made of smashed avocados topped with fried shallots and sriracha, piled onto a slice of sourdough bread.
Another creation is their Salmon Smorrebrod, consisting of smoked salmon, paired with pickled cucumber slices and radish, along-side their homemade dill crème fraiche, on top of crispy Danish rye.

Brotherbird Coffeehouse recently re-opened their outlet, with a grey minimalist look, giving off old coffeeshop vibes with two sections – a pastry counter and a coffee side with a small seating area.

With over 10 types of pastries available, their customers will surely be satisfied with their offerings. Their pastries are categories into four main groups – twice-baked croissants, regular croissants, chocolate series and Danish pastries.
They also offer seasonal bakes such as their Hae Bee Hiam and Cheese Danish and their Mango Sticky Rice. For those who are looking for classic favourites, try their Earl Grey Tea croissant, Churros croissant and Double Chocolate Roll.

The Better Half
Established by two passionate individuals (each other’s better half), this bakery aims to serve honest and real fare to their customers. The interior offers a certain Korean bakery vibe. Customers get to indulge in their freshly baked goods as they are all made in-house from scratch.

One of their creations is the Rose Raspberry Cake, which is soft and fluffy rose flavoured cake iced with raspberry cream cheese. Another creation is their Spiced Pumpkin cake. This consist of a pumpkin flavoured cake topped with cream cheese frosting and drizzled with butterscotch sauce – so delectable!
They also offer a range of drinks such as Ice Coffee Chai and Genmaicha Latte.

Fine Dining Bakery is led by Head Baker Chef Maekochi or “Akira” who used to work at La Boutique de Joel Robushon in Roppongi. Thus, the name Fine Dining Bakery was established due to his experience.

This bakery specialises in handcrafting bread with the use of Hokkaido flour and their pastries are baked throughout the day in small batches to maintain the quality of the bread.
Their signature item is the Shokupan White Bread, which is deliciously soft and fluffy. This bread is used in their sandwiches such as their Fluffy Egg Salad Sandwich. For those who wish to indulge in high quality pastries, Fine Dining Bakery is the place to go!
