I really hope I am not the only adult who loves watching Disney and Pixar movies. My mom would always remind me that I am a 21-year-old and should not be watching them. Well, she secretly enjoys them too. Disney movies are watched by almost everyone regardless of their age.

There is just something about Disney and Pixar movies that makes people enjoy them. I remember when Frozen 2 was released, the cinema has more adults than children. Many of my friends were saying how they could not wait to catch the movie. One of the movies that came out this year was Raya and the Last Dragon.
There are so many other movies coming out this year. Let us look at some of them!
Luca
Experience a fun summertime with Luca, at 12-year-old sea monster who lets his curiosity take over as he finds out more about life on land. The film takes place during the 1950s in Portorosso, a seaside town on the Italian Riviera. Together with his friend, Alberto, these best of friends goes on a journey into a new world full on endless possibilities.
The film is set to premier on June 17th in cinemas and will be premiering exclusive on Disney+ on June 18th with Premier Access. The trailer was released on April 28th, 2021, and it is so cute. I am pretty excited for this one! I mean it is another animated Disney movie – definitely marking my calendar for this one!
Jungle Cruise
Join Frank Wolff (Dwayne Johnson) and Dr. Lily Houghton (Emily Blunt) as they bring you on an adventure like never before. Jungle Cruise was inspired by the Walt Disney’s theme park attraction, Jungle Cruise.
Join the team as they go on a journey to find the Tree of Life, believed to possess healing powers and will bring great benefit to modern medicine. They must go about finding the tree while encountering dangerous creatures, hot and deadly environment, and a competing German expedition, determined to find the tree first.
I am all about adventure and this movie is calling for me. Its trailer was released on May 27th, 2021, giving us a sneak peak of what the movie is about. It is set to release on July 29th, 2021, in cinemas and I am definitely going to watch it.
Cruella
I honestly think that Disney villains are not as bad as I used to think, they are just misunderstood. I love a good movie about the backstory of Disney villains. One of the movies that have been released is Maleficent and it is one of my favourite Disney movies.

Now, we are blessed with another Disney villain origin story, Cruella. Many may recognise this character from Hundred and One Dalmatians as the evil fashion designer who took animals fur and turn them into apparels. However, many may not know why.
We get to dive into the story of how a talented individual, Estella Miller, who was passionate about fashion design became one of Disney’s most known villains, Cruella De Vil. The movie is available now on Disney+ with Premier Access and is now showing in cinemas. Get your tickets now!
These are three Disney and Pixar movies coming your way! Share this with your friends and family and mark your calendars so that you will not forget to catch these movies, be it in the cinema or on Disney+.
